-Yes, but only for Pictures and Videos.
2. Is the screen Scratch-Resistant?
-Yes, It is using a scratch-resistant tempered glass.
3. TV-Out for non-HD TVs?
-Yes, via TV-out cable. I think.
4. Can it play .AVI video files?
-Yes, It has a DivX/XviD Player.
5. What is the CPU?
-ARM Cortex-A8 600 MHz processor with 3D Graphics HW Accelerator
6. Capacitive or Resistive?
-Capacitive.
7. Multitouch?
-No, not yet, maybe in the future update.
8. What is the maximum frame rate for none HD video recording?
-30 frames per second
9. Can the battery last long?
- 600 hours stand-by time.
10. Price? Release Date?
- No official price yet, but some online store are selling (pre-order) OmniaHD for 700 USD

The Price currently doesn't seen that bad considering the device...Like you said the multitouch might be in a future update like the one omnia had...Maybe we can even get free hardware upgrades like iphones
